By registering, you can order food more efficiently and quickly, because the system remembers and automatically fills in your personal data when ordering. You don't have to fill in your first name, last name, phone number, e-mail and address repeatedly. You can then complete the order within 3 clicks. You can even save your home, work or any other address in the system, which the system remembers and fills in when ordering.

The address can be saved when creating an order in the cart or directly in the profile. Log in and you can manage your addresses in the "My addresses" section. By clicking the button to add a new address, the system prompts you to fill in data for Home, Work or Other. You can name another address that you regularly use as you wish - for example Grandma and Grandpa.

The system offers the possibility to save the address of your home, work or other frequently used place - for example, the address of Grandma and Grandpa, with whom you regularly order lunch. When creating an order, you just click on one of the buttons, which will automatically fill in the selected address.

No, they are not publicly accessible in any case. Only you can see them, and only the address to which you just ordered food will be sent to the restaurant.

Yes, addresses can be managed quite simply through your profile. Log in and in the section "My addresses" you can change, delete or add a new address by clicking on the appropriate icon or button.

The cart represents your electronic shopping cart, similar to the one in a regular store. You can add whatever you want to it, when it has everything you wanted, you pay for it. The restaurant will then deliver the ordered items to the specified address or you can pick them up (in the case of personal collection).

By clicking on the coloured "Cart" button at the top of the screen, or after adding the product to the cart, by clicking on the grey "Add to cart" button.

Simply, in one of three ways. 1. Click on the cart icon near the specific food. 1 portion is added to the basket. 2. Edit the desired quantity with the + or - buttons, or enter the number manually and then click on the basket button near the item. The required quantity is added to the basket. 3. If you want to order more, you have to add them to the cart repeatedly. This is so that your special request is always assigned to only 1 specific dish.

Yes, through the product detail, which you can view by clicking on the product name or its photo. By checking the selected attachment, as many products with attachments as you have selected will be added to you after pressing the cart icon. If you want 1 product with an attachment and another, the same one, without an attachment, put it in the cart in 2 steps. What if you don't see attachments? In that case, the restaurant does not allow extra side dishes to be ordered for the selected product.

Yes, through the product detail, which you can view by clicking on the product name or its photo. In the "Note" section, you can write your special request, for example "No onions, please". If you add a note to the product, only 1 product can be added to the cart. If you want to order more, you have to add them to the cart repeatedly. This is so that your special request is always assigned to only 1 specific dish.

Open the cart by clicking on the coloured button "Cart" and you will see a recapitulation of the order. Here you will see all products, attachments and notes. You can continue by making another selection from the menu or confirming the order.

Delete it simply - by clicking on the trash icon, or by pressing the - (minus) button. You just confirm the deletion in the confirmation window - so that you don't accidentally delete something from the cart

If you are logged in and have an address in your profile, the system will enter the data for you. Otherwise, it is necessary to fill in the following data: Name and surname, e-mail address, telephone, address. Choose the delivery time, payment method, and confirm the order.

Yes, the portal allows you to order food for later. In the "Delivery" section, select the day: Today or another desired day and select the approximate time you want the food delivered. The order will be delivered approximately at the time chosen by you.

If you choose the option as soon as possible, we will send it to the restaurant after confirming the order. She will check the order, receive it and answer when she will deliver the order. However, the time is only indicative, you can check the actual status by calling the restaurant.

You can pay for the order by choosing from the displayed methods. If only 1 payment method is possible, for example online, it will not be possible to select another method.

You can confirm the checked order by clicking the "Confirm order with obligation to pay" button. We ask you to check all the given data before confirming the order. After confirming the order, it will not be possible to change them.

Not. Since these are products made to order, according to the Terms of Use of the Portal, it is not possible to cancel the order.

After confirming your order, we will send it to the restaurant. Restaurant will check it and after confirmation from the party, we will send you a confirmation SMS message with an estimated (approximate) delivery time. You just have to wait until your food is cooked. If the restaurant refuses the order, we will also inform you by SMS with the reason why it cannot accept it.

A handling fee is a fee charged (or may be charged) by a restaurant for each portion of food. This is a fee related to the activities that lead to the delivery of your food. If the restaurant charges a handling fee, you will be informed about it during the recapitulation of the order and also in the Information - Delivery section.

You can complain about the order on the phone number of the restaurant from which you ordered. You can find the phone number in the "Contact" section. The method of complaint depends on the complaint procedure of a particular restaurant. You can find the necessary information in the "Information - Delivery" section.
